Austin is an East Texas native with hands-on experience and expertise in the construction industry. Austin has managed construction companies as well as handled project management and logistics. He has a passion for helping others that extends beyond business to the community at large. His innovative mind-set and great leadership are the foundation of this company’s philosophy and ethics.

Leslie has lived her whole life in Union Grove, where her family settled over 100 years ago. She is a graduate of the University of Texas with a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. She taught Kindergarten for 10 years, and moved out of teaching into construction and design. Leslie has built residential homes from the ground up as well as overseeing residential remodels and commercial projects in the greater East Texas area. She lends organization and creativity to all projects, and is an essential component to the outstanding customer service at Big Wood Haus and Home.
